WHEN YOU ADOPT YOUR NEW PUPPY FROM US, IT WILL HAVE HAD ALL VACCINATIONS AND DEWORMING THAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR ITS AGE. WE USE INTERCEPTOR WORMER WHICH ALREADY STARTS HEART WORM PREVENTATIVE AND IS RECOMMENDED TO BE CONTINUED FOR THE HEALTH AND COSTLY EFFECTS LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW PUPPY OWNER TO TAKE YOUR HIM/HER PUP TO BE EXAMINED BY YOUR VETERNARIAN WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HRS AFTER PURCHASE, BUSINESS DAYS

IF YOUR PUPPY IS FOUND TO BE UNSATISFACTORY AS PET QUALITY, OR HAS A CONGENTIAL LIFE THREATENING DEFECT IN THE FIRST YEAR OF OWNERSHIP, THE YORKIE PUP WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE NEXT AVAILABLE PUP OF THE SAME SEX AND THE SAME ESTIMATED SIZE AND EQUAL VALUE.

WEIGHTS OF PUPPIES ARE ESTIMATED, WEIGHTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

ALL VET BILLS INCURRED ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. IN CASE OF DEATH OF THE PUP AN AUTOPSY MUST BE DONE BEFORE A REPLACEMENT CAN BE MADE. IF THE YORKIE PUP WAS SHIPPED, ALL SHIPPING COST IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the puppy to have a normal life expectancy. Luxaating Patella, going blind, being deaf, having a hernia, over and under bites or having a limp is not considered life threating. A major body organ that sustains life going bad, heart, liver,lungs, are considered a congenital defect and is covered in the first year.

Any estimated grown weight listed with a pup under 6 months old is only my best guess and not a guarantee number. Health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered, hernia's, ect. this guarantee is non-transferable. All puppies are sold as pets, (unless discussed) before deposit is made.

All puppies sold as pets, no guaranteed is made as to dispostion, conformation, size or breeding abilty. Buyers using a credit card to buy their puppy agreed to never start a credit card chargeback to yorkietymes.com/Southeasterns Yorkshire Terriers.

Out of state buyers understand that us printing their names on the contract below is the same as them signing it. Any puppy found to have a defect must be returned to yorkietymes/southeastern's yorkshire terriers before an new puppy is issued.

Any Vet Bills or legal bills that we many encounter once the pup leaves here are the responsiblity of the new owner. Any out of area puppy buyers must pay $300. replacement fee if an exchange or replacement puppy is needed.

We pay no Shipping fees.
